The Kilbourne Garage is a 5-story parking garage in Downtown Columbus’ Arena District. The Design-Build project is being constructed for repeat client, Nationwide Reality Investors, as part of a city block addition to the District. The building meets existing NRI design standards throughout the Arena District with our design partners from SMBH Inc. and MODE Architects.  Structural concrete decks were completed using our internal form system, self-performed by D&M. The project topped out on October 2nd with masonry, glazing, architectural finishes and MEP work continuing into January 2021.
