The water treatment division of Dugan & Meyers has transitioned to Baker Water, the general contractor division of Baker Construction dedicated to water and wastewater infrastructure. Baker Water delivers treatment plants, pump and lift stations, storage tanks, biosolids facilities, and advanced process systems across private, municipal, and industrial markets.

The transition was not part of an acquisition; Dugan & Meyers has been part of the Baker Construction family since 2016. Rather, it is a strategic step to better align operations and meet the needs of clients and partners nationwide. By bringing together decades of Dugan & Meyers’ water expertise with Baker’s national platform, Baker Water expands the team’s ability to serve clients across the U.S. and support larger, more complex infrastructure projects.
