The David Hawes WWTP project is for the City of Owensboro, KY. This project will not affect the plant-rated capacity but will allow them to better obtain their current and anticipated future permit requirements.

The project includes the construction of a new Sludge Holding Tank, a new Sludge Pump Station, a new Gravity Thickener, and various ancillary structures. There are numerous supporting mechanical upgrades to the existing facilities, which include cleaning and renovating four (4) oxidation ditches. D&M coworkers are performing all mass excavation, utility demolition, new yard piping, process equipment demolition, and installations, and starting and testing systems.
