As Senior Vice President, Marty leads the Dugan & Meyers Industrial Treatment Business Unit and is responsible for all work acquisition and operational excellence.  Through nearly 40 years of diverse industrial and treatment projects, Marty has developed the skills and technical expertise to lead this division.  He oversees all estimating, budgeting, proposals, cost control, and more importantly, our culture for client satisfaction, risk management, quality, on time delivery and continuous improvement.  Marty is involved in setting the standards for defining project success and the necessary ongoing execution to achieve those standards.
