Dugan & Meyers/Megen Construction JV is excited to work with Great Oaks Career Campuses on the Live Oaks Campus Renovation working with MSA Design as Architect of Record. Renovations will include 200,000 SF of interior upgrades, a new 7,500 SF entry addition and exterior refresh. As the groundbreaking took place this month, the D&M/Megen CM team is eager to begin constructing a future-forward facility to serve the Great Oaks communities’ career technical education needs.  D&M/Megen JV is also currently constructing a $30M expansion/renovation of the Laurel Oaks campus, which is on track to complete at the end of 2021.
