New Micro Apartment Development – working with the team at Al Neyer Inc.- Dugan & Meyers performed the Concrete Construction portions of this project within a very tight 10,000 sq ft footprint which presented a scheduling and logistical challenge in Downtown Cincinnati. The entire project team worked to minimize disruptions for this unique 13-story tower Micro Apartment project.
