Marcy has been promoted to grow the newly expanded department for Dugan & Meyers by leading the overall Talent Management efforts.

Marcy serves on the Executive Team for D&M.  In her role as Director of Talent Management, she works with the operations and project teams actively lending proactive recruiting efforts to all levels of the organization.  She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wright State and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources.  Having worked in the Construction industry for over 20 years, Marcy is active in Dugan & Meyers’ safety, organization development, and coworker engagement.
