The Jeffersonville Downtown WWTP improvement project is currently undergoing final performance testing. The plant upgrades will increase the current plants’ capacity by 25 MGD during wet weather conditions. The project work includes modifying the existing headworks junction box, the addition of a chemically enhanced high-rate clarifier system, addition of a new UV system, a new chemical building/electrical building, modifications to the effluent flow metering structure, site piping, and numerous deep well dewatering pumps.

Dugan and Meyers self-performed all the following with our co-workers: the installation of a new dual-channel UV system and High-Rate Clarifier equipment as well as (11) Stainless Steel Slide Gates, 2,500 LF of underground ductile iron and PVC Piping, (11) recirculating pumps, all above grade flanged Stainless Steel and Ductile Iron Piping, (4) Chemical Tanks, a site storm drainage system, along with all concrete work.
