Upon its completion, the Vantage at Towne Center Apartments project in Anderson Township will include an eight-level multi-family apartment complex with an integrated parking garage, an amenity courtyard, and a public bus stop lobby, owned by locally based HILLS Properties. Due to the building stepping up a hillside, Dugan & Meyers’ concrete scope work includes slab-on-grade at four separate elevations and three cast-in-place self-supported concrete levels. There are two levels of post-tensioned concrete decks and one podium level, which is conventionally reinforced. The decks are supported by dropheads and walls with only minimal beams.
