The Thurber Village project is a mixed-use development in the Harrison West neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. D&M is a subcontractor to HGC Construction for the cast-in-place concrete scope of the project. D&M is self-performing all foundations, 1 sided retaining walls, elevator/stair core walls, SOG prep, and deck forming/shoring. The project consists of 1 level below-grade parking, 1 level of mixed parking/apartments/office space on the ground floor, and a 2nd level podium to support 5 floors of wood framing above. The concrete structure consists of approximately 11,000 cy of concrete, 400 tons of reinforcement, and 160,000 pounds of post-tension cable.
