The Jaeger Square project is a mixed-use development in the German Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. D&M is providing the cast-in-place concrete structure scope of work for the project. The project consists of 1 level of below-grade parking, 1 level of mixed parking/apartment/living space on the ground floor, and a 2nd level podium. D&M is self-performing all foundations, 1 sided walls, core walls to Level #2, SOG prep, and deck forming/shoring.
