The 100 North High Project is a mixed-use development in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. D&M is a subcontractor to Ruscilli Construction. We are self-performing the installation, including the completion of the foundations, foundation walls, elevator/stair core walls, slab-on-grade prep and elevated deck shoring, decking and reshoring. The project consists of 7 levels of parking garage (1 level below grade) that are topped off with a podium slab to support the light gauge steel residential tower above. The two sets of combination elevator/stair core walls climb ahead for an additional 10 floors to reach the roof level pool and amenity deck. The concrete structure includes approximately 10,700 CY of concrete.
