The Cover My Meds Phase II project is a parking garage and office tower located in Franklinton, OH, just west of downtown Columbus.  Dugan & Meyers is performing the concrete scope of work as a subcontractor to Turner Construction.  The structure, which includes three parking levels and four levels of office space, is currently tracking to be completed ahead of schedule and under budget. 

The concrete scope consists of over 1,800 rammed aggregate piers, 3,500 CY of foundations, 475,000 SF of elevated decks, and architecturally exposed concrete shear walls and columns.  The overall project volume is just north of 24,000 CYs of concrete, with over 40 on-site craft workers.
