Michael, a Co-op at our David Hawes Wastewater Treatment Plant site, went above and beyond by adding grip tape to stairs and walkways around the site. Most stairs had wood strips already on them, but Michael went above and beyond by adding the grip tape without being told to do so. In the winter months, it is important for us to assess all areas that could be slippery. Michael did a good job by seeing a potential hazard and implementing a control. Way to go, Michael!
