Congratulations to Jesus Reyes, Ohio Health Admin Garage. Jesus received a safety award for going Above and Beyond. He recognized a hazard with an elevated deck design on site. The elevated deck was built correctly, according to the drawings, but there was an unseen and unsupported cantilever along the perimeter walkway that could have resulted in a 25 foot fall, if it failed. We thank Jesus for being aware of his surroundings, asking questions, and looking out for his coworkers.
