The Upper Arlington Community Center project will be a 6-story recreation center owned by the City of Upper Arlington, a Columbus suburb. It was designed by MSA Design and Schaefer Engineering. The building is six reinforced concrete levels primarily supported by exposed round columns. The building consists of both conventional and post-tension levels. As of late August, the first elevated deck placement has been completed and forming the second level is well underway.
