We are pleased to announce the promotion of Addison Wheatley to Project Manager in the Louisville, KY office.  As Project Manager, Addison directs the construction team and manages the financial aspects of contracts, including change orders, applications for payment, contractor and supplier payments, equipment rentals and back charges.  He assembles and manages all procedures for documentation, cost control, reporting, change management, quality assurance, procurement, communication systems and safety.  With a BS in Engineering and an MBA from University of Kentucky, Addison provides leadership through all phases of Dugan & Meyers’ assigned projects.
