We are thrilled to welcome our group of 2024 spring co-ops, which includes new and returning students from the University of Cincinnati, the University of Kentucky, and the University of Louisville: Ben, Brayden, Caleb, Kevin, Michael C, Michael N., and Ryan!

This semester, our co-ops have been assigned to projects in all divisions. D&M co-ops complete the full company onboarding process, including extensive Safety Training. This experience provides individuals with diverse opportunities to learn in several facets of the construction industry, including hands-on experience in engineering, estimating, and management at the D&M home office and on our job sites throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
