As a Senior Vice President, Todd leads the D&M Concrete Structures Group and is responsible for all work acquisitions and operational excellence for that business unit. He has led teams on a diverse mix of projects nationwide including low, mid, and high-rise concrete structures for multi-family, hotel, office, and hospital use. Additionally, Todd has experience with building structures for parking garages, industrial and manufacturing facilities, power plants, water treatment plants, federal government buildings, research buildings, museums, theme parks, and multiple stadiums and arenas throughout the US. Todd attended West Virginia University for both his bachelor’s degree and master’s. With 30 years of construction experience, over 20 of which have been spent leading the construction of concrete structures, Todd has developed the skills and technical expertise to meet almost any client’s need or schedule.
