Live Oaks Career Campus Addition and Renovation is a project for the Great Oaks Career Campus located in Milford, Ohio. Overall D&M has constructed and renovated three of the four Great Oaks Career Centers in the past few years including Live, Laurel, and Diamond Oaks. Live Oaks is a Career Tech and Training center with 700+ students from eleven affiliated school districts throughout the tristate area.

D&M and our joint venture partner, Megen Construction, executed a CMR contract with a GMP to complete the work for Great Oaks. Our work included an addition and major renovations to the existing building, renovations to the Animal Science building and construction of a new Heavy Equipment building. The D&M/Megen JV managed twenty-six prime contractors on the project which was being completed while students and staff occupied the building. Over 10 phases and substantial coordination were required. Over 65% of classrooms moved locations.
