Bobby is receiving this award for his above and beyond actions. The North Jeffersonville site had its biggest pour of the job starting at 5AM. Bobby, seeing a need, found steps that would allow coworkers to get up to the slab pour area without having to step over 19”. Bobby also painted the steps orange for visual purposes since the pour was during the low light scenario. Bobby is an operator, so he never ever even used the steps himself but still installed them for his fellow coworkers.
