Todd is being recognized for going Above and Beyond at Dugan & Meyers. He has been instrumental at the jobsite as an equipment operator, ensuring he holds himself and others accountable by conducting 360-degree walkarounds of equipment before operating. Todd goes out of his way to advise and monitor new equipment operators. He also frequently inspects his rigging and properly disposes of any damaged rigging.
