Phillip, a laborer at our Muldraugh jobsite, has been recognized for going consistently Above and Beyond in his safety practices in the workplace. Phillip has been particularly noted for pre-planning his work activities and making sure that everyone in his crew is aware of the task at hand, the hazards, and putting the correct controls in place. Phillip was instrumental with the handrail assembly around the Muldraugh plant and ensured that no one was exposed to a fall hazard. Phillip has been at Dugan & Meyers for 4 years.
