Work recently wrapped up on the Kilbourne Parking Garage. Located in the Arena District in Columbus, OH, this 184,138 SF, 592-stall garage will provide parking for the adjacent Chipotle Headquarters building and a future apartment complex that will complete this mixed-use development. D&M was the Design-Build General Contractor of the project for Owner, Nationwide Realty Investors, along with Design Partners SMBH Inc. and MODE Architects. D&M self-performed decking operations. Over the course of construction, a total of 7,300 CY of concrete and 380 tons of rebar were furnished and installed.

The Owner is in the final stages of infrastructure and landscaping work around the garage in preparation of opening to the public with the adjacent Chipotle Building this month.
