The Gallery at Kenwood is a 5-story, post-tension parking garage in Cincinnati, OH.  The 250,045 sf, 788 stall garage will support the parking of the adjacent apartment complex and office buildings currently being constructed as part of this new mixed-use development. D&M is performing the structural concrete package for Owner, Capital Investment Group, as a plan and spec job for the General Contractor, Al Neyer. The concrete deck formwork is being self-performed by D&M as part of our internal decking system.
