We extend a warm welcome our new and returning co-op class for the 2024 fall semester.

Ben, Brayden, Caleb, Jon, Michael C., Michael K., Michael N., and Ryan are joining us from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Louisville. Each student brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives to our team.

D&M co-ops complete the full company on-boarding process, including extensive safety training. This semester our co-ops have been assigned to projects in all divisions. This experience provides individuals with diverse opportunities to learn in several facets of the construction industry including hands on experience in engineering, estimating and management at the D&M home office and on our job sites.
