The Ridenour Reclaimed Water Treatment Plant is expanding reclaimed water capacity for Jacksonville, FL residents and local golf courses. Currently tracking five months ahead of schedule, the project is on pace to meet JEA’s request for an early startup in April 2026. This milestone also marks the first project delivered by Dugan & Meyers’ Florida team.

The scope includes a new pump station, a 2-million-gallon prestressed concrete storage tank, high service pumps, generator installation, extensive piping, and major system tie-ins. Dugan & Meyers is self-performing all excavation, piping, process equipment installation, and concrete work.
