The Kenton County Fiscal Court Parking Garage is a CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project for Dugan & Meyers LLC.

The project is an 89,000 sf, 3 level structure consisting of SOG and Flat Plate PT Structural Slabs, and it will be combined parking for both the Fiscal Court and the residences above the garage. Additional SOG and a Podium were added to our scope of work. This added scope is 26,000 sf, which consists of a post-tensioned slab over the East portion of the new parking garage, and a structural slab on grade along the South of the same. A new apartment building, “The Bavarian”, is a 5 story, 125 unit apartment building is being developed and built by Merus (formally Al Neyer). Dugan & Meyers is self-performing the concrete structure work for the entire project.
