The Scioto Peninsula project is a 26-acre development bringing modern office spaces, apartment buildings, parking garages and a hotel in Columbus, OH. Working for Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation, Dugan & Meyers is the design/build contractor for the two parking garages on Starling Street. The North Garage is a 317,343 SF and 1,037 parking spaces 6-level post tension structure and the South Garage is a 128,844 SF and 376 parking spaces 6.5-level post tension structure.  The garages have a total of 6 SOG pours and 35 SOD pours. D&M is estimated to furnish a total of 18,500 CY of concrete, 940 tons of steel and 417,500 # of PT. 

The project includes both underground and overhead utilities, and hanging walls spanning between 22’-8” to 47’-10”. Site logistics included adjacent railroad tracks in an urban setting with multiple structures under construction in the mixed-use development.
