Description
We served as the General Contractor for this new mixed-use facility constructed by North American Properties. Located on Short Vine in Clifton, it consists of approximately 20,000 sf of retail space, 104 apartment units and a 217 car parking structure. D&M’s contract for this project consisted of all structural concrete and the structural steel. The Split-level garage is accessed at the lower level from West Daniels and the post tensioned deck and bank drive through from University Avenue.
