Two cast-in-place, post-tensioned garages built simultaneously, which total 1.1 million sq. ft. and combined can hold 3280 vehicles. Within the structures are 252,000 sq. ft. of slab-on-grade and 844,000 sq. ft. of post-tensioned structurally supported decks.
