Description
We served as Construction Manager for the mixed-use building complex near downtown Dublin, OH. The develoment consists of multiple buildings with podiums, office buidlings, retail and apartment housing and multi-level concrete parking garage structures. 17,000 CY of concrete and 1000’s of tons of reinforcing steel have been used on this 7000 SF complex.
