Marcy serves on the Executive Team for Dugan & Meyers as the Director of Talent Management.  In this role, she works with the operations and project teams actively lending proactive recruiting efforts to all levels of the organization. Marcy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wright State and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources and worked in the Construction Industry for over 20 years. She is active in Dugan & Meyers’ safety, organizational development, and coworker engagement.
