Kylie leads the Human Resources team for Dugan & Meyers. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, along with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources. Kylie is especially engaged in organizational development and building meaningful coworker connections. She enjoys finding ways to strengthen culture, support growth, and make the workplace a place where people feel valued and connected.
