Construction Internships Where Growth Is Built In

At Dugan & Meyers, construction internships and co-ops aren’t about observing from the sidelines — they’re about building something real. You’ll gain hands-on experience, take on meaningful responsibilities, and see firsthand how safety, quality, and teamwork come together to deliver complex projects.

Our co-op program is designed to give you a 360° view of construction. From day one, you’ll be paired with experienced professionals who are invested in your success. They’ll share lessons learned, offer guidance, and challenge you to think like a builder. You’ll rotate through departments — from preconstruction and project management to field leadership — to discover where your skills and interests thrive.

Jason’s journey to becoming a project executive at Dugan & Meyers started with a deep-rooted passion for civil engineering. Working as a co-op while studying at the University of Cincinnati before joining full time in 2005, Jason has relished the chance to oversee diverse projects and mentor others. His love for hands-on work and problem-solving drives his commitment to making each project a reality.
