Description
We served as General Contractor for the structural concrete podium for support of this multi-story wood framed apartment/mixed-use building. The project provided split-level parking at the rear of the building and provides 38 private parking spots for tenants. Two 14,000 sf elevated decks reinforced by post tensioned cabling provide the structural base for three stories of wood framed structure above. The site is in the heart of the Short North District in Columbus, OH and is was built inches away from exisitng multistory buildings.
