Description
This 19-story mixed-use concrete structure includes two floors for Kroger retail, eight floors of a 550 space parking garage, with the top eight floors consisting of 133 apartments for North American
Properties and Rookwood Properties. This project required 40,000+ sf of SOG, 510,000+ sf of elevated decks, 25,500 cy concrete, 1,680 tons of reinforcing and 672,000 lbs of post tension.
