Marty leads the Dugan & Meyers Treatment & Industrial Business Unit and is responsible for all work acquisition and operational excellence.  Through nearly 40 years of diverse Industrial Treatment projects, Marty has developed the skills and technical expertise to lead this division.  Marty oversees all estimating, budgeting, proposals, cost control and production.
Marty is a graduate of University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with certifications from the American Institute of Constructors and Assoc. DBIA.
