Andy is Lead Officer for Dugan & Meyers’ Louisville office. Andy possesses extensive experience in the construction industry. His expertise extends to operations, estimating and executive management with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants. He earned a degree in both Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Cincinnati and is a member of DBIA and a Certified Professional Constructor.
