Job Description
Dugan & Meyers is currently seeking a Concrete Superintendent for our Columbus, Ohio location. General contracting and self-perform concrete experience preferred. Job responsibilities include: Planning and supervising field employees, including determining logistics plan, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, time entry, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked. Coordination of different crafts, or other contractors. Oversee project safety in conjunction with the Safety Department. Education and experience requirements include the minimum of a two-year associate degree or equivalent related experience, plus continuing education in supervision/personnel management. Minimum of five years’ construction experience. An understanding of scheduling and cost control and the ability to supervise multiple disciplines is essential.
The Superintendent will directly report to the Operations Manager and will work closely with the Craft Workforce Manager.
