Description
We served as General Contractor for the mixed-use development
directly adjacent to (and serving) the University of Cincinnati.
Key elements of this development included a structural concrete
podium to support a multi-story wood framed apartment building
above, retail spaces below, and two 5-story cast-in-place, post-tensioned
parking structures on each end of the development that spanned
multiple city blocks in a heavily populated urban campus environment.
