Description
The design-build construction of a new WWTP for SugarCreek Packaging starting with permitting and design and finishing with equipment startup. Preconstruction included permitting, utility coordination, scheduling and supplier feedback for the design and construction work. Construction included a new collection pit, new WWTP Building, installation of owner supplied equipment and a new EQ tank. Dugan & Meyers self-performed excavation, backfill, concrete, metals installation, and coordinated start-up and commissioning with the owner.
